Purchased an Open Range fifth wheel.Have had nothing but problems ever since.

All kinds of electrical issues. 2 interior lights burned out.....cant replace the bulb, have to buy a whole new light, awning led strip lights no longer work, exterior side light has a hole burned through it. The dometic 15,000 btu ac has gone bad, had to replace it. The pantry...all of the support structures gave in...cheaply made.

Traveled to another campground, once we got there, i opened the pantry and ALL of the drawers were tllted backwards because the support wood that holds the drawer slides broke. The entry stairs actually broke.....the arm that swivels when you fold them in to travel....steel....snapped in two. The toilet is loose and wiggles excessively. The large slide out with the TV, fireplace, pantry, fridge, stove/oven/microwave on it sags about 4 to 5 inches outward once we slide it out.....theres no way to level that side, fridge is not level, cant cook on the stove because it is completely off.

So done with this piece of $#!%.

Everything thats wrong is because of workmanship....poor quality....nothing else. Can't wait to get rid of it, will NEVER buy another open range ever again.

I feel you pain.I've had a substantial number of problems with my open range 272rls trailer as well.

I basically had to replumb it. We had constant water leaks, cracked fittings..etc.

Took it in for warrenty work several times to General RV in Wixom, where we bought it, and they failed terribly in fixing the plumbing problems.I went to menards, and bought the necessary fittings and fixed it all myself..I will never buy another open range as well.
